MBA (Master of Business Administration) Admission 2013-14

Two Year Full Time Management Programme Master of Business Administration (MBA) 2013-14

Eligibility: A recognized bachelor’s degree in any discipline with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate or a pass in the final examination conducted by ICAI/ICWAI/ICSI or AMIE with 50% marks (see UBS, Ludhiana Handbook of Information 2013)

Candidates appearing in the final year examination of bachelor’s degree are eligible to apply and can take the test provisionallyReservation: Reservation as per norms approved by Panjab University

Concession of 5% marks in the eligibility requirements of SC/ST/BC candidates

Admission Procedure: Take Common Admission Test (CAT) 2012 to be conducted by IIMs

No separate entrance test will be conducted byUBS, Ludhiana or Panjab University for the MBA programme

Application Form: Apply separately to UBS, Ludhiana

Application form and handbook of information-2013 for UBS, Ludhiana will be available at form sale counter, Panjab University, Chandigarh and at Administrative Office, PU Regional Centre, Ludhiana on payment of Rs 2000/- (Rs 1000/- for SC/ST candidates) from 31st October, 2013 to 03rd December, 2012

Forms can also be obtained by post from 31st October, 2012 to 16th November, 2013 from Manager, Publication Bureau, Panjab University, Chandigarh by enclosing a crossed bank draft for Rs 2080/- (Rs 1080/- for SC/ST candidates) in favour of Registrar, Panjab University, Chandigarh payable at Chandigarh and a self addressed envelope (30x25cm)

Application form can also be downloaded from website http://ubsl.puchd.ac.in and submitted along with a crossed bank draft for Rs 2000/- (Rs 1000/- for SC/ST candidates) in favour of Registrar, Panjab University, Chandigarh payable at Chandigarh

Completed forms for MBA at UBS, Panjab University Regional Centre, Ludhiana must reach the Director,Panjab University Regional Centre, Civil Lines Ludhiana-141001, Punjab, latest by 03rd December, 2012, 05.00 p.m.

Candidates short listed on the basis of CAT-2012 shall appear for group discussion and personal interview
