Christ University Institute of Management (CUIM)

MBA: Finance, General Management, Human Resource, Lean Operations and Systems, Marketing

MBA (International Business) (FHWS-Germany) and PGDM (Finance/Marketing) (Christ University)

MBA (Christ University) Plus Finance/Global Marketing Management/MIS with specialization in Information Risk, Security and Assurance (VCU-USA)Eligibility Criteria: A composite score of 600 or above (except for MBA with PGDM option) in the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) conducted by AIMA in either September, 2012 or December, 2012 or 75 percentile or above in the Common Admission Test 2012 (CAT) conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs)

50% or above marks in aggregate in the undergraduate examinations

Applicants who are in the final year of their studies should have 50% or above aggregate in all the semesters/years of undergraduate examinations

Minimum score specified for MAT/CAT is only an eligibility criteria and the actual score thereof shall have no bearing in the selection process

Selection Process: There will be two sessions of selection process

The first selection process will be conducted in the month of January/February, 2013 and the second selection process will be conducted in the month of March/April, 2013

Sessions I and II are independent and there will be no carry forward of the merit list

Students may apply for session I or for session II at the specified time

Students who do not get selected in session I may also re-apply for session II

The selection process includes the following criterion; academic performance (Class 10/12/undergraduate degree); group discussion; micro presentation; written skill assessment (WSA) and personal interview

Candidates must report for the above selection process at the allotted date and at least 30 minutes prior to the stipulated time in the e-admit card

Those candidates not reaching the venue at the allotted date and time will not be permitted to take part in the selection process

The candidates are requested to start early to avoid traffic congestions

Group discussion/micro presentation results will be intimated on the website www.christuniversity.in

All candidates are requested to prepare for a micro presentation (extempore) as part of the selection process

Candidates will be asked to speak on any of the topics given in our selection process link on our websitewww.christuniversity.in under topics for presentation 2013 during the group discussion

The topics will be available on website www.christuniversity.in from 08th December, 2012 onwards

Only candidates shortlisted after the group discussion/micro presentation must appear for the personal interview and assessment of WSA (Written Skill Assessment) will be conducted during the group discussion/micro presentation process

However, it will be assessed only for candidates who have cleared the group discussion/micro presentation round and are selected for the personal interview round

Request for change in group discussion/personal interview dates will not be entertained

Candidates have to access their e-admit card from the link application status from websitewww.christuniversity.in and produce the printed copy of the same at the respective venues

Application Form: Application for MBA programs will be released from 01st October, 2012

The application is available only through online mode

Only one application form will be accepted for each candidate

The application and selection process for MBA (Kengeri/Main campus), PGDM with MBA (Germany) and MBA with MS (VCU, USA) is the same

Candidates need not apply separately for each course

The application fee is INR 1200 which can be remitted at SBI core banking branches in the prescribed SBI challan format available on the university website www.christuniversity.in or through the payment gateway option, with a valid credit/debit card/net banking facility

Admit cards for the selection process will be uploaded on receipt and verification of hard copies of application and supporting documents
