The GTU is a state university of the Gujarat state. The university is known as the Gujarat Technological University. The university is situated in the Ahmedabad city in the Gujarat state. The university was established in the year 2007 on 16th November.. The university is spread in a large area of land in the Gujarat state. The university has two campuses. The main campus is in the Ahmadabad city and other campus is in the Gandhinagar city of the Gujarat state.

The university is recognized by the university grant commission (UGC). The university is providing education facilities in the engineering, pharmacy and management field. The university is providing education in both under graduation and post graduation courses. The university is providing different departments of studies to the students. The university is also providing education facilities for the diploma courses too. Many different colleges of the Gujarat state are affiliated with the university.

GTU Time Table 2013:-

Thousand of students every year take admission in the university.  The university conducts the annual university for the students who are getting education facilities under the university. The university conducts the exams in the semester pattern. The university conducts the exams in the December and May month every year. Students who are appearing in the exam are waiting for the date sheet of the exams. The university will announces the date sheet on their official website www.gtu.ac.in.

The university has a mission to improve the economic situation by providing the higher education in research, environmental science, technical science etc. There are many universities are well established in Gujarat state in these the Gujarat Technological University was established on November 16, 2007. This is situated in Ahmedabad city. The university is recognized by the university grant commission.

There are many students enrolled in it. The university provides many degree courses in engineering, pharmacy and management, science, commerce, arts etc. The university have faculty in all the fields. The university provides all computer language programs for the students according to their interest. The  university has two campuses one is in Ahmedabad and other one is in Gandhinagar city.

The university has a large library system in which all kinds of academic books related to all degree courses and research etc. There are a lot of students are taking admission in the university. The degree course exams have their own different pattern. The  exams are successfully conducted in May, August. The result will be shown on the official website atwww.gtu.ac.in.
