Venture BMW Concept Car By Chris Hammersley

Venture BMW Concept Car By Chris Hammersley

The Venture BMW Concept Car By Chris Hammersley transforms from from a urban-commuting subcompact to racy sportster with just the press of a button. Theprototype study uses the BMW badge, and is named BMW Venture. The highlight of the project is that a pair of arms will extend the two front wheels. This not only gives the concept a more purposeful look but also improves the Venture BMWVenture was created to run on hydrogen fuel cell technology. Concept Car By Chris Hammersley's handling in theory. The two-seater

Designed by Chris Hammersley, BMW Venture Concept is the part of his Final Major Project for the Transport Design course at Staffordshire University.  Theconcept car is an urban commuter for the future where in the roads space will be cramped. The idea for the concept came from the crossover vehicles and Chris imagined a vehicle that could be two in one products than a combination of two in one.

Designer Chris Hammersley is taking sport mode to new heights with his Venture BMW Concept Car. Most newer cars come equipped with sport mode, a mode than increases a vehicle’s performance to make it more fun to drive. The Venture BMW Concept Car By Chris Hammersley takes this idea a step further, making sport mode something that transforms the car entirely.

Retracted, it’s the perfect size for zipping around the city, but extending the swing arm and front wheels gives a wider stance and added stability as well as a hot-rod style front end that adds to it’s striking aesthetic. Its futuristic style has a very subtle touch of retro-style but still maintains a familiar clean, BMW feel

The Venture BMW Concept Car By Chris Hammersley comes in two modes: urban and recreation. When in urban mode, the Venture is small and compact. When put into recreation mode, the wheels extend outward, turning the car into a rat rod of sorts. The BMW Venture is a unique look into the future of automotive performance add-ons. Sport mode is currently contained to a car’s engine, but it could very well make its way to the body and suspension in the future.

On the top of this, Venture BMW Concept Car By Chris Hammersley has eco friendly traits as it runs on hydrogen fuel technology, which is light on environment and therefore suits the best for city driving today and in future urban roads.

The work is part of his Final Major Project for the Transport Design course at Staffordshire University.
