Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) 2013-14 (Second Test)
AICTE has launched the National level Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) for facilitating institutions to select suitable students for admission in all management programmes approved by AICTE since 2012-13
AICTE has now decided to conduct CMAT twice a year
The notification is issued to announce the schedule for conducting second test of Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) for admission for academic year 2013-14
The candidates who have already appeared in CMAT (First Test) may also appear for Second Test and better of two scores will be used for admission for 2013-14
Eligibility: Graduates in any discipline or final year students of graduate courses can apply for CMATonline
Test Fee: General/OBC Rs 1200/- plus bank charges as applicable; SC/ST/PD Rs 600/- plus bank charges as applicable
Payment Mode: Net banking/credit/debit card (online through www.aicte-cmat.in)Cash payment (through challan generated online and cash deposited in any branch of State Bank of India)
Test Centre: Agartala, Ahmedabad, Ahmednagar, Allahabad, Amravati, Amritsar, Aurangabad, Bangalore, Bareilly, Bhavnagar, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Bhuj, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Dehradun, Delhi, Dhanbad, Gorakhpur, Gulbarga, Gurgaon, Guwahati, Gwalior, Hyderabad, Indore, Jabalpur, Jaipur, Jammu, Jamshedpur, Jodhpur, Kanpur, Kochi, Kolhapur, Kolkata, Kota, Kozhikode, Lucknow, Ludhiana, Madurai, Meerut, Mumbai, Mysore, Nagpur, Nasik, Navi Mumbai, Noida, Panaji, Patna, Pune, Rajkot, Raipur, Ranchi, Shimla, Srinagar, Surat, Trivandrum, Udaipur, Vadodara, Varanasi, Visakhapatnam
Admission Process: The detailed merit list will be provided to the respective State Governments for allotting the students through central counseling or otherwise as per their notified admission procedure
In case there is no central counseling scores awarded will be used for admission in the AICTE approved institutes/university departments
Registration: Online from 01st November, 2012 to 09th January, 2013 on website www.aicte-cmat.in
Choice of 3 cities for online examination in the order of preference
Allotment will be based on first come first served
Actual allotment however will be subject to availability of the slots in a particular city
Important Dates
Registration window opens on: 01st November, 2012
Last date for online registration: 09th January, 2013
Print out of hall ticket from: 11th February, 2013
Computer based test dates: 21st February, 2013 to 25th February, 2013, 09.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m., 02.30 p.m. to 05.30 p.m.
Declaration of result: 13th March, 2013
Print out of score cards from: 13th March, 2013 to 13th April, 2013
