Mewar University Entrance Examination (MUEE)-2013

B.Tech (4 years degree), B.Tech-MBA (5 years dual degree integrated), B.Tech-M.Tech (5 years dual degree integrated), BBA-LL.Bintegrated (5 years), BA-LL.B integrated (5 years), BBA-MBA integrated (4 years), BCA-MCA integrated (5 years)

Eligibility

B.Tech (4 years), B.Tech-M.Tech integrated (5 years), B.Tech-MBA integrated (5 years):The minimum marks required for admission in B.Tech courses will be 50% or equivalent grade with physics, chemistry and mathematics (PCM) in class XII for general/OBC candidates and 45% or equivalent grade for SC/ST/PH candidates

BBA-LL.B integrated (5 years), BA-LL.B integrated (5 years): The minimum marks required for admission will be 50% or equivalent grade for general/OBC candidates and 45% or equivalent grade for SC/ST/PH candidates in any stream in class XII

BBA-MBA integrated (4 years), BCA-MCA integrated (5 years): The minimum marks required for admission will be 50% or equivalent grade for general/OBC candidates and 45% or equivalent grade for SC/ST/PH candidates in any stream having mathematics as one subject in class XII

Those appearing in class XII or equivalent examination may appear in MUEE-2013 however, their admission will be subject to the fulfillment of eligibility criteria

Age Limit: Only those candidate’s whose date of birth falls on or after 01st October, 1993 are eligible

However, in the case of SC/ST/PH candidates, the upper age limit will be relaxed as per Govt of India rules

The date of birth as recorded in the secondary education board certificate only will be taken as authentic

Entrance Exam: For B.Tech (4 years), B.Tech-M.Tech integrated (5 years) and B.Tech-MBA integrated (5 years), the test paper will have 90 multiple choice questions, each carrying one mark

It will have three sections; Physics (30 marks), Chemistry (30 marks) and Mathematics (30 marks)

For BBA-LL.B integrated (5 years) and BA-LL.B integrated (5 years), the test paper will have 90 multiple choice questions, each carrying one mark

It will have three sections; General Awareness (30 marks), General English (30 marks) and General Legal Awareness (30 marks)

For BBA-MBA integrated (4 years) and BCA-MCA integrated (5 years), the test paper will have 90 multiple choice questions, each carrying one mark

It will have three sections; General Awareness (30 marks), General English (30 marks) and Logical Reasoning and Numerical Ability (30 marks)

MUEE-2013 will be conducted on 04th May, 2013, Saturday 10.00-12.00 hours

Admit Card: Admit cards will be sent by general post

However, in case of non-receipt, it may be generated from the University’s websitewww.mewaruniversity.org 10 days before the examination

It will be the responsibility of the candidate to contact/write to the university in case he/she is not in receipt of the admit card

In no case duplicate admit card would be issued at the examination centre

Candidate must preserve the admit card till the admission process is over

Request for the issue of duplicate admit card will not be entertained in any case after the examination is over

Application Form: Please go through all the instructions thoroughly before filling the application form

The candidate should go through the information brochure carefully and be familiar with all the requirements

He/she must satisfy the eligibility criteria to appear in the examination

Please note that the application form is the only source of information about your personal details, academic background and admission related matters

Failure to provide full and accurate information as asked for in the application form may cause the rejection of your application and may also cause cancellation of your candidature for the examination

It is therefore advisable that you must re-check the filled out application form to ensure that you have not missed any information

The candidate should apply for MUEE-2013 on the prescribed application form supplied with the information brochure

Please do not use the photocopy of the application form

Please do not pin/staple any document with the application form

The candidate should put demand draft/pay order separately in the envelope without attaching it with the application form

The candidate must write his/her name and application number on the back of demand draft/pay order

Application Submission: Application form duly filled in should be sent to the Assistant Director (Admissions), Mewar University, Gangrar, Dist Chittorgarh (Rajasthan)-312901 in the printed envelop supplied by the university so as to reach positively by 30th March, 2013

The filled in application form may also be submitted personally at university campus at Chittorgarh

The candidate must retain photocopy of his/her filled in application form for future correspondence, if required

The last date for receipt of application form by registered/speed post (not by courier) is 30th March, 2013
