They approached the Hon’ble High Court and they won the case in High Court. During the struggle she lost her husband, when she is 22 Years old. The illiterate women attended High Court in her verdict has stated that “1/3 of Income from Sammakka Jatra Shall be given to their community”. The Present “Vadde’s” now enjoying the fruits of struggle by Kaka Laxmi Bai Amma. Presently she is 80 Years old and Vadde of Saralamma.
