The Kalyani University is a state university which was spread over an area of 400 acres. The university provides the undergraduate and post graduate degree courses in many streams. The Kalyani university was established in 1960. The Kalyani University was passed under the Act of West Bengal Act .In 1978 the Kalyani university  was replaced by the Kalyani University Act 1960. The Kalyani University was recognized by the university grant commission.The Kalyani University has a large campus which was full fledged with all the residential and teaching facility.

There are a lot of students are coming from India and other nation also. The university conduct many workshops for the students which helps them in their development. The university has a large library system in which all kinds of academic books are available for the students. The university provides all kinds of disciplines for the students in under graduation and post graduation degree courses.

The university decided the exam center in October. This university provides the sample papers and guess papers for the students in their preparation of exams. The exams are successfully conducted and now the time has to be declared the result. The result will be shown on the official website at www.klyuniv.ac.in.
