The Anti-Loneliness Ramen Bowl is designed to safely hold your iPhone in view while you eat. It was designed by MisoSoupDesign who promises the bowls will soon be available for purchase. I guess I can understand the convenience of a bowl that holds an iPhone… but anti-loneliness? Really? I can’t imagine how this thing could possibly thwart feelings of isolation. I mean, it seems like eating with my smartphone as a companion would only serve as a painful reminder of how alone I really am. But maybe that’s just me.
