Agricultural
Scientists Recruitment Board (ASRB) Conduct a competitive Exam
Agricultural Research Service Exam 2012. Preliminary Exam on February
24th, 2013 and Main Exam on March 23rd, 2013. Apply Last Date is
December 18th, 2012.

Candidates
declared successful in ARS Main Examination and viva-voce will be
recommended for appointment as Scientists in Agricultural Research
Service (ARS) of Indian Council of Agricultural Research(ICAR) in the
pay band of Rs.15,600-39,100 plus research grade pay of Rs.6,000/-.
The
Preliminary ARS Examination is a qualifying examination and its marks
will not be carried forward for determining final merit of the
candidates. Pass in the Preliminary examination is compulsory for all
candidates, only those candidates who qualify the Preliminary ARS
Examination will be eligible to appear in the ARS Main Examination.
Age: 21 to 32 years. as on 01-08-2012 (Born not earlier than 2nd August, 1980 and not later than 1st August, 1991).
Exam Fee:-
The
candidates must pay to the Board a fee of Rs. 480/- (Rs. Four hundred
eighty only) plus registration charge of Rs. 20/- (Rs. Twenty only). All
candidates will pay registration fee of Rs. 20/-.
Women
candidates and the candidates belonging to Schedule Caste/Schedule
Tribe/Physically Challenged categories are exempted from payment of
examination fee only.
The
completed application form must reach the Secretary, Agricultural
Scientists Recruitment Board, Krishi Anusandhan Bhavan, Pusa, New
Delhi-110012 by post or delivered in person on or before 18.12.2012.
