post of 434 Medical Officers in Haryana Civil Medical Service (II) on

Haryana Health department Vacancy Details:
Total Number of Vacancies: 434
Name of the Post: Medical Officers
Age Limit: Candidate should not be less than 22 years and not more than 40 years as on 01-10-2012.
Educational Qualification:
Candidate must possess Graduate in Medicine and Surgery or equivalent
Degree and must be registered with Haryana/ Punjab Medical Council or
with any other duly constituted Medical Council of India and having
adequate knowledge of Hindi/ Sanskrit.
Application Fee:
Candidates need to pay application fees of Rs. 500/- for General
Category & dependent of ESM candidates and Rs. 250/- for
SC/B.C./P.H./ESM persons of Haryana only should be deposited in the
Haryana Government Treasury under the Head Treasury Major Head 0210, Sub
Major Head 04, Minor Head 800 Sub Head 9851 “0210-Medical and Public
Health, 01-Urban Health Services, 800-Other Receipt (92)-Other Items”.
Candidates can also send fee through Bank Draft in favor of Director
General Health Services, Haryana Panchkula Payable at Panchkula.
Selection Process: Selection will be made on the basis of performance in interview on 28-03-2013 at O/o DGHS, Haryana, Sector-6, Panchkula.
How to Apply: Eligible
candidates may apply through prescribed application form given in the
notification fill it completely, along with relevant testimonials/
certificates (duly attested) and one recent passport size photographs
duly attested by a Gazette Officer and second should be attached with
the application form, DD form and should be sent by post or by hand in a
cover super scribed “Application for the post of Medical Officer” to
the Director General Health Services, Haryana, Swasthya Bhawan Sector-6,
Panchkula-134109 on or before 15-03-2013.

Interview Date: 28-03-2013.
