Intelligence Bureau: Assistant Central Intelligence Officers Jobs 2013

Applications are invited for the following posts

1. Assistant Central Intelligence Officer, Grade II/Tech: 19posts

Qualification: (a)(i) Bachelor’s Degree in Science with Physics or Mathematics; or Diploma in Engineering or Technology in the subjects i.e. Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunication & Computer Science awarded at the end of three years course from any recognised polytechnic or M.Sc. (Wireless) in Tele- Communication Engineering; and (ii) Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications or at least one year Diploma in Computer Application from any recognised Polytechnic/Institution; or (b) Bachelor of Computer Applications or Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or BE or B.Tech in Software Engineering or Information Technology from a recognised university

2. Assistant Central Intelligence Officer, Grade II/Wireless Telegraphy: 57posts

Qualification: (a)(i) Bachelor’s Degree in Science with Physics or Mathematics; or Diploma in Radio Engineering awarded at the end of three years course from any recognised polytechnic or M.Sc. (Wireless) in Tele- Communication Engineering; and (ii) Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications or at least one year Diploma in Computer Application from any recognised Polytechnic or Institute after graduation, or (b) Bachelor of Computer Applications or Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or BE or B.Tech in Software Engineering or Information Technology from a recognised university

Age: Between 18-27 years as on the closing date for receipt of applications

Examination Fee: Rs. 100/- (RUPEES ONE HUNDRED ONLY). General and OBC candidates need to deposit Rs. 100/-. However, SC/ST candidates and all women candidates are exempted from paying examination fee.

Scheme of Examination: The written examination for the posts of ACIOII/WT and ACIO-II/Tech will be multiple choice objective paper in General Knowledge/Awareness, Reasoning, Comprehension, Physics, Electronics and Mathematics etc. The total duration for the Paper is 1 hour and 40 minutes.
