The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducts the Geologist Examination every year in the month of December. The UPSC Geologists date of notification generally starts in the month of August and the then eligible candidates can apply within one month after the notification. To become a Geologist, candidate must have to pass this upsc examination. A candidate who passes in the Geologist written examination, will be called for the interview.
UPSC Geologist Examination 2012:-
Date of Notification : – 25th August 2012 (Saturday)
Last Date of Receipt of Applications : – 24th Sept. 2012 (Monday)
Date of Written Examination : – 1st Dec. 2012 (Saturday)

UPSC Geologist Exam Admit Card Download 2012:-
The candidate who applies for the UPSC Geologist examination which is going to hold on 1st Dec. 2012, can download geologist admit card / hall ticket. The admit card / hall tickets for the written examination is compulsory, without admit card you will not be permitted in the UPSC geologist exam. The candidate will be able to download upsc geologist admit card 2012 from the official website of upsc at www.upsc.gov.in. The UPSC Geologist Admit Card will be uploaded before 2-3 weeks the written examination.
