South Central Railway Recruitment 2013 – Scouts & Guides Quota Vacancies:
South Central Railway has issued notification for the recruitment of 02
posts in Erstwhile Group-D services in PB-I in Scale Rs.5200-20200 on
Nanded Division against Scouts & Guide quota. Eligible candidates
may send their applications along with necessary documents on or before
25-02-2013 and for residents of Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Arunachal
Pradesh and some other states of India may send their applications on or
before 04-03-2013. Other details like age limit, educational

South Central Railway Vacancy Details:
Total No. of Vacancies: 02
Name of the Post: Group ‘D’ Services
Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 18-33 years forUR candidates, 18-36 years for O.B.C candidates, 18-38 years for SC / ST candidates as on 01-01-2013.
Educational Qualifications: Candidates should possess 10th
class or ITI or equivalent and a president Scout / Guide / Ranger /
Rover or Himalayan Wood Badge or a Pr HWB trained Scout Leader /
Advanced trained Guide / Leader / Captain. Should have been active
member of a Scout Organization for at least 3 years in the recent past
and should continue to be active.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on the performance in written examination, personnel test and interview.
Application Fee:
Candidates have to pay a fee of Rs.40/- in the form of Indian Postal
Order drawn in favour of Senior Divisional Finance Manager, Nanded
Division, South Central Railway payable at Nanded. The fee is not
refundable under any circumstances. Candidates belonging to SC / ST
communities, women, minority and economically backward classes whose
family income is less than Rs.50,000/ – per annum, are exempted from
payment of fee.
How to Apply: Eligible
Candidates may apply on aquality plain paper of foolscap size in the
given format only in Hindi / English. Candidates may send their
applications according to given proforma mentioned in the notification
with certificates of Bharat Scout & Guide and Academic / Technical
qualification certificates duly attested by a gazzeted officer and
Indian postal order in a closed cover super scribing as “Recruitment
against Scouts & Guides Quota, Nanded Division 2012-13” addressed to
‘Senior Divisional Personnel Officer’ Nanded Division, South Central
Railway, Rail Vikas Sadan, Airport Road, Nanded – 431605, Maharashtra,
Pin: 515801 on or before 25-02-2013.
